OUR PEOPLE . . . AND THEIR
PEOPLE
The heart and soul of any consultancy is its people. Part of what sets Pinseeker Consulting apart are the people behind our people - those who have long played an influential role in the development and growth of our intellectual property - accomplished agency builders, brand builders, strategists, and technologists.
Peter Alemian
Principal, Pinseeker Consulting
Peter is a career marketer and strategist who has led his teams to breakthrough brand strategies in leadership positions on both the agency side and client side. His work has resulted in ROI-driven campaigns that have strengthened brands, deepened customer relationships, and ultimately increased business for a wide range of celebrated brands including: AZEK Building Products, Derby Building Products, Hannaford Supermarkets, Hebrew SeniorLife, Honey Dew Donuts, Lasell University, LoJack Corporation, Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, New England Baptist Hospital, Novik Shakes and Stone, The Ninety Nine Restaurant, Pathmark Supermarkets, Salem Five Bank, Shaw's/Star Market, Tando Exteriors, Tufts Medical Center, Wellforce, and WBUR Radio.
Peter founded Pinseeker Consulting in response to what he believed to be an unmet need in the marketplace for a consultancy with a blend of client side and agency side experience that understands the needs and objectives of both parties intimately. This experience is foundational to Pinseeker's unique perspective and approach to creating powerful client/agency relationships, ensuring those relationships endure, and to adding impact to the marketing output of clients' in-house marketing efforts.
A frequent lecturer at Boston's local colleges and universities, Peter regularly reaches out to the region's "next generation" of marketing professionals as often as possible. "I was fortunate to have had several influential mentors in my professional life. Given how important those contacts were to me, I want to do the same for others."

As CEO of ad agency Allen & Gerritsen, headquartered in Boston's “Innovation District,” Andrew constantly challenges himself and those around him to charge into advertising’s new era of inventiveness through thoughtful brand strategy, unbridled creativity, high-impact media, and powerful new connection technologies. By strategically combining creativity, technology and media, Andrew has helped to redefine the traditional U.S. agency model. Under Andrew’s leadership, A&G has grown from a boutique Boston shop to one of the nation’s 20 largest independent agencies and a national leader in marketing. Under Andrew's watch, Allen & Gerritsen was ranked by Advertising Age as the nation’s #1 “Best Place to Work in Marketing & Media” two years in a row.
In addition to the numerous industry and non-profit organizations that Andrew applies his talents to (including: The American Association of Advertising Agencies, The Ad Clubs of Boston and Philadelphia, the Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester), his twenty-year relationship with Peter Alemian was the inspiration for the creation of Pinseeker's Advisory Board. Andrew represents the voice of ad agency executive leadership on Pinseeker's Board and continues to challenge the organization to push itself towards new technologies and product solutions that align with the needs of this important Pinseeker target audience.
